Founders and creators at any age who are already running something real, not people looking for a business idea. The room is roughly 80% founders and 20% creators, and it is deliberately capped at 25 so every plan in it gets looked at properly.
You work through seven build-blocks in order: your social media and content engine, your A-team and hiring plan, your org structure, the processes that let you expand, the systems that carry the operational load, productising your offer, and scaling your brand beyond your own name. Each one ends with something written down, not just discussed.
